Topo Chico
Aggressively carbonated Mexican mineral water — the soul of Ranch Water.
Mixers Monterrey, Mexico
Topo Chico is a Mexican mineral water bottled in Monterrey since 1895, with carbonation far more aggressive than most sparkling waters. In West Texas it became the defining mixer of Ranch Water — tequila, lime, Topo Chico, over ice — and the drink's popularity has made the brand a cult object. Any high-carbonation mineral water works, but purists insist on Topo Chico.
