Passion fruit syrup carries a Hurricane and many other tropical drinks. Monin and Small Hand Foods both make commercial products. You can also make your own from strained passion fruit puree (frozen, from Latin American markets) and simple syrup. The fruit is aggressively aromatic — a small quantity perfumes a full drink.
